They are easy to care for and prefer bright filtered light

that will encourage the trunk to get bigger

Planters have drainage hole & saucer

but a nice bright filtered light or even dappled sun will cause them to blush with darker colors

deep green with a waxy

So you can either water as the soil dies or even keep the plant in a saucer of water to ensure it does not dry out

They will do well in a bright filtered light in a well draining soil mix
