2023, Château Fuissé, POUILLY-FUISSÉ, 'Tête de Cuvée'The 2023 Pouilly Fuiss Tte de Cuve has been bottled for five months. It has a light nose that just needs to develop more presence and mineralit. I actually think the 2024 could be the better vintage. The palate is well balanced with an edgy, orange rind tinged entry and just a twist of sour lemon, nicely controlled with a persistent finish.
